Marston, Edward.
Raised in Wales and studied modern history at Oxford. Past professions include university lecturer, radio, television and theatre dramatist, and has worked as an actor. He presently lives in Kent under his real name.
Peters, Ellis.
Ellis Peters was the pen name of Edith Mary Pargeter (September 28, 1913 - October 14, 1995) who specialised in history and historical fiction. Born in the village of Horsehay (Shropshire, England), she had Welsh ancestry, and many of her short stories and books (both fictional and non-fictional) were set in Wales and its borderlands. Also honoured for her translations of Czech classics.
Peters, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Peters was born and brought up in Illinois and earned her Ph.D. in Egyptology from the University of Chicago's famed Oriental Institute. Peters was named Grand Master at the inaugural Anthony Awards in 1986 and Grand Master by the Mystery Writers of America at the Edgar Awards in 1998. She lives in a historic farmhouse in western Maryland.
